Our Programs

For nearly 100 years, HeartShare has helped New Yorkers develop to their fullest potential and lead meaningful lives. We are a community-based organization providing a wide range of services to children and adults with developmental disabilities, families in crisis, and people with HIV/AIDS. Our mission is to help each person we assist become as independent as possible.
