Frank Maresca is Vice President of Mutual Fund & Retirement Solutions Product Management at Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. In this role, Frank is responsible for driving product strategy and development across MFRS from idea generation and requirements definition to release management and go-to-market execution. Frank served as Executive Vice President of Fund Administration at American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, LLC and AST Fund Solutions, LLC (“AST”) where he managed all aspects of AST’s fund administration business and was responsible for broadening the scope of all fund services offered by AST to the investment company industry. He has 31 years of mutual funds and financial services prime brokerage, securities lending and custody experience, including Executive Vice President at Ultimus Fund Solutions, LLC, and Executive Director at JP Morgan Chase & Co. Mr. Maresca served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Bear Stearns Funds Management Inc., where he oversaw more than $10 billion of fund assets. Frank is a graduate of Hofstra University.
