HeartShare’s Spring Gala and Auction was an incredible success. We honored Elvis Duran of Z100’s Elvis Duran and the Morning Show, Ines Rosales of FOX 5’s Good Day New York, Finance Executive Joseph Mark Velli and Patrick Clarke of Celtic General Contractors. Those distinguished individuals, like you, are supportive of HeartShare and its mission to expand opportunities for children, adults and families, as it has since 1914.

At our Gala, we shared a video that highlights the intellectual and developmental disabilities services that HeartShare provides for children and adults in furtherance of their full inclusion in the community. Twin sisters, Zarah and Isabella, who are diagnosed with autism, attended a HeartShare pre-school and have transitioned to a setting with children not challenged with a disability. Nicholas, who attends a HeartShare Day Habilitation Program, receives specialized job training that prepares him for gainful employment with companies like Cleaning with Meaning.
